How to check which shift is assigned to your employee?


Experience@zinghr: Rostering is an important activity that helps ensure that employees are assigned correct shift, so that his attendance is calculated according to the rules that are applicable to a particular shift. Reports give you an overview of the input that is provided in the system by the HR.

To understand which shift is assigned to your employee you can use “Roster matrix report”.


Process to check which shift is assigned to your employee:


1. Go to Reports Gallery – Reports.



2. Under Time N Attendance Reports you will find reports related to time and attendance. Select the Roster matrix report.





There are two ways in which you can fetch records


  • Employee status: Get all employees or existing employees, newjoinees etc.

            

            OR


  • Employee code: Get details of only particular employee.


1.Get records using Employee status


  • Select the “From date” , select the “To date” for which you want to fetch records.

  • Select the Employee status.

  • Click on “Export to excel”.



The system will give you a excel file. You can open this file to simply view the details or save this file.


2. Get records using Employee Code


  • Select the “From date” select the “To date” for which you want to fetch records

  • Enter the Employee code.

  • Click on “Export to excel”


The system will give you an excel file. You can open this file to simply view the details or save this file.
