FAQ- Is your system showing “Absent due to no swipe”?



Experience@zinghr: If your attendance status is showing and the reason is “Absent due to no swipes”.


Reason here is that In and Out details are not available in the system.


It could be because of the possibilities mentioned below:


1. User forgot to swipe


2. Issue with the Biometric machine


3. Swipe details are not transferred from client database server to ZingHR production server


4. Swipes with Zinghr Production server, due to which swipes are not reflecting on your page




Request you to ask your HR to check with your IT if the swipes are captured in your database and if yes if we request you to drop a mail on support@zinghr.com
