FAQ- How to apply for the resignation on behalf of an employee through "Hr separation Initiation" screen?

Experience@zinghr.com: Hr separation initiation helps the manager to apply resignation on behalf of an employee, it give direct access to the manager for applying resignation.

You can follow the below process to apply resignation on behalf of an employee:

Step 1:

• Go to E separation--> Hr separation initiation

Step 2:

• Select status as "New initiation" and enter the employee code and click on search

Step 3:

• Click on “Apply” enter the appropriate details in the mention fields and click on accept.

Once its applied the resignation will be visible in Approved status.
