FAQ- Blank Screen in My swipes Or No details visible under My swipes

Experience@zinghr: If your swipe details are not reflecting or if the swipes page is blank it is because the employee is not Rostered/ Or Shift is not assigned.


You can roster the employee /assign him appropriate shift through Roster admin or Roster assignment.

Once you do this activity your swipes page will appear as shown below.


Updated attendance i.e Absent,Present will get reflected post that day’s midnight attendance processing.
