Is My swipe screen is visible as Blank Screen Or No details visible under My swipes screen?

 

Experience @ Zing HR: If your employees swipe details or status are not reflecting or if the swipes page is blank...?


It could be because of shift has not assigned to him/her. To rectified this, Hr/ Admin/ Processing team need to do this activity. This is the mandatory activity which need to follow by the he customer’s HR/Admin/processing teams.



No worry.....


You just need to do the roster / shift assignment to the employee through Roster admin screen.

Once you do this activity your swipes page will appear as shown below:





Once the attendance process runs in the evening, the proper status and the swipes will be updated into the My swipes screen.
