No waiting to view or raising a help desk request or concern- help desk tab enables you to raise and view your request

 

You can follow the below steps to raise a help desk request:

 

1. Click on help desk to view or raise your query on dashboard

 

 


2. Click on the category of request that you want to raise- like IT related.

 

 


3. The below screen will appear.

 

 


4. This Is How You Can View Your Raised Request As Per Their Status --- ALL/ NEW/RE-OPEN/CLOSED
