A. Email & SMS Sender
Email and SMS sender is used to reset the password of the employee and launch the
ZingHR portal for the first time
1. Click on the message box icon
where the logged in user name is displayed on the top of the page
2. New window will open up . From the drop down select ‘Portal Launch’
3. All the employees are visible in the Employee List.
Check on the check box of the employee you wish to send Portal Launch Mail/SMS
4. After selecting the mode of sending details, click on the send button as displayed in the screen
Pls note: The employee list section is a lazy load. If you wish to send mail/sms to all the employees, first scroll the section till the end and let all the employees load.
5. When selecting Reset Password from the drop down, an additional drop down will open up ,Check
the screen shot below . This is a drop down to select the password for the employee that has to be reset
Pls note: Either Email address or Mobile number or both must be present in the data base to perform Password Reset/Portal Launch Activity. If both are not present, the activity cannot be
6. Further steps will be similar to the Portal Launch with regards to sending mail/SMS
7.Search Boxes are available on the page to fetch the record of single employee to reset the password or to do the Portal Launch
