FAQ- Is leave data not visible in leave application?

Experience@zinghr: There could be three possible reasons for the same. The reasons are as follows for leave data not visible in leave application.

(A) Date of birth : Date of birth is very important for your identification. Please make sure that the correct date of birth is entered into the system, if not then request you to connect with your Local HR and make the necessary changes.

(B) Leave groups not mapped : Please ensure that the employees are assigned the proper leave group. So if you have different leave logics for different locations or different logics for confirmed or probation employees then there will be different leave groups. Ensure that the employee has an appropriate leave group assigned to him/her .

(C) Leave balance is not mapped or accrued in the system : This is linked to point (B) please make sure that proper leave groups are assigned to the employees, if not then request you to connect with your Local HR and make the necessary changes.
