• 1. While creating Requisition User Need to follow below procedure :
  
• a. Click on Create Requisition -->Fill the Details
  
  
  b. User Need to select Assets requisition wise on that basis Candidate assigned under this requisition will receive the Assets Data.
  
  
  
  c. User Need to assign Following roles to Recruiter who will receive mail on Candidate Joining :

        Laptop, Desktop, Accommodation

        Car, Mobile, Datacard, Tablet, Uniform , SimCard

How Mail will Trigger to Recruiter : 


2. On-boarding  --> Joining confirmation -->Select Candidate  -->fill Details 

3. Click on ‘Sent Mail to Assets Owner’ -->Finalize and Forward

4. To whom user have assigned above mentioned role and based on Assets selection for the respective  Requisition mail will trigger to that recruiter.
