Functionality : Auto assignment of the Claim Packet
Description :
Auto assignment of packet will happen on creation of new employees.
Based on defined Attribute Combination, we can auto assign claim packets to employees so that they can get the access for respective claims only.
This functionality/requirement will be fulfilled through Group Definition.
In other words,
While creating the employee, if the respective attribute is assigned to an employee as per attribute combination set against Claim Packet then only it will be auto mapped.
Whereas Claim Eligibility will get auto assigned on NEXT day after execution on CTC or NON CTC JOB on ZingHR Server. (If JOB scheduler is available on ZingHR server)
Note : Auto assignment of Claim Packet functionality is applicable, if employees are created as per below:
ED - Employee Master Upload through & Single Employee Creation),
Payroll- Single Employee Creation),
Recruitment
This feature is not applicable for Employee Creation Bulk Upload activity of Payroll.
