How to enable / disable Competency or Developments needs in PMS ?

1. Log in to your Zing HR account.

2. On the home screen left-hand top side click on select menu, then ‘PMS ‘ as shown below.

User can now disable or enable competency / development needs or detail score visibility from front end itself .Earlier this was done from backend as some of client want this to be enabled only for H2 cycle and not H1 cycle . This can now be done from front end itself . Please refer below image 

Click on PMS Menu --->PMS Dashboard ---->Admin Control
