FAQ – How to remove the Pan Number of the old resigned employee from the system?

Experience@ZingHR: In case a resigned employee’s Pan No is not removed from the system. If he rejoins in future, the system will throw an error of duplicate Pan No. Hence this is a mandatory step to be followed by HR/ADMIN team to ensure that there is no discrepancy in future.

PFB steps to remove the pan number from the system of an employee:

Step 1: Go to My Information Click on "My Dossier"

Step 2: Put employee code and click on "Go"

Step 3: Go on Identification Details, remove the pan no of the employee and click on "Save"
