Database size with more than 60000 employees is supported, and on request ZingHR will address and provide desired solution

Define frequency of Backup in ZingHR?

Backups are performed on daily basis. Weekly and monthly full backup are taken by Zing HR IT team , ZingHR can provide backup retention till seven years.

If using virtual infrastructure, do you provide clients with a capability to restore a Virtual Machine to a previous state in time?

Yes, Virtual Machine images can be restored to a previous state in time. These are provided for enterprise clients having dedicated VMs

We have documented business continuity plan and can be shared on request. Continuity of Business Strategy is a proposition that ensures the preparedness of the ZingHR in the event of a disaster. ZingHR is a customer-oriented organization with the philosophy of growing together with client and is sensitive to the impact that any such break down would have on its client’s business and commitments.

What is RTO and RPO defined  by ZingHR?

ZingHR has defined RPO ( Recovery Point objective ) as 24 Hours and RTO  (Recovery time objective )as 4 Hours
