Yes, ZIngHR security team manages all Security Incidents, and Security incidents details and logs are maintained. Security Incident summary report can be shared with clients on request.

Can customer IT team work on any security incident of ZingHR?

No, ZingHR is multi-tenant in nature at United hosting so we do not allow customer team to participate during security incident, but ZingHR security team provides summary report of Incident with required details.

How ZingHR communicates security incidents to customers?

ZingHR team communicates through the medium agreed between customer and ZingHR in contract, and notifies impacted customers about security incident. Also on request security incident summary report  with mitigation plan can be shared with customers.
