Experience@Zinghr:

In an organization, if employee resign during confirmation process the HR/manager gets confirmation pending notification such transactions will now moved to  “System Frozen” tab.

This document specifies the current process created for confirmation transaction notification.

We have introduced “System Frozen” option which is displayed on the Notification Approval Page, where confirmation pending transaction will be moved Once employee’s LWD passes.

Above process will take place if client has opt for ELC module and after the confirmation process starts.

Scenario 1 : (E-resign applied/accepted)

If Confirmation process is started and employee has apply resignation from E-resign before confirmation date.

this cases will be shown in "Pending" tab with "Resigned" mark.

managers can not take any action against such transactions.

on click of "view" option below message will pop up.

Once employee’s LWD - last working day is passed all the confirmation transaction and as per days configured in system, transaction will move from confirmation "Pending"  to “System Frozen” tab.

it will display all the transactions which are frozen by system.

 Scenario 2: (E-resign revoke/rejected )

If Confirmation process is started and employee has revoked resignation / or manager has rejected his resignation, confirmation process will start again.

Confirmation process will start from the stage it was pending before resignation.

In manager notification, it will be in “Pending” tab with view button and "Resigned" button will get disappear.

Eg. If confirmation was pending at M1 stage it will start from M1.

now managers can take action on confirmation transactions.

[Note : Employee confirmation transaction will move to frozen state post 90 days of DOL.]
