Query: If swipes are not received on ZingHR server then refer below points before raising the ticket.
Please find below checklist for the same:
1) Check, swipes are present in client database with the help of client.
2) Please check swipes in machine raw punch Report.
3 )If swipes are present in client database then share a screenshot for the same.
4) If swipes are not present in client database then raise a ticket.
5) Then will check swipes on ZINGHR server.
6) If required will take a remote session with client.
