Query: If swipes are not receive on ZingHR server then refer below points before raising the ticket
Please find below checklist for the same
1) Check swipes present in client database with the help of client.
2) Please check swipes in machine raw punch Report.
3 )If swipes are present in client database then share a screenshot for the same.
4) If swipes are not present in client database then raise a ticket .
5) Then will check swipes on ZINGHR server .
6) If required will take remote session with client .
