To-Dos If Travel Mode is not reflecting on Claim Application Form

If Travel Mode ( Ola cab, Railways ) is not reflecting on Claim Application Form,


Things that need to be checked if you have configured Travel mode.


1. Click on Setup circle



2. Click on Travel and Expense Module




  • Select the respective Claim Type in which Travel Mode needs to be enabled.


  • Drag and Drop the Travel Mode field from Field Configuration to the claim form designer.


Once the Field has been added to the claim form

  •  Fuel Rate eligibility mapping has to be done for all the Travel Modes



  • Travel Mode for (Eg - Ola cab, Railways) eligibility has to be configured for the modes that needs to be displayed in Travel mode drop-down.
