FAQ Question: How do I Cancel Applied leave?
Experience @ ZingHr: Zinghr enables an employee to “Apply” or “Cancel” the leaves from “Leave Management Module”. It also helps an employee view his leave history so that the employee’s leaves are always planned accordingly.
Leave cancellation options benefits an employee to cancel the leaves he has applied for any reasons like By mistake application, leaves getting postponed.
You need to follow below steps to cancel the leave application.
Step 1: After login in to your zinghr account you need to go to my transaction history from which you will be able to see that which transactions is done from your end.
Refer below screen shot.
Step 2: Once click on the My Transaction History you will get the below screen and from that you have to select the type of Notification. After then on the right hand side you’ll get all the transactions and from which you can cancel the leave application.
If you need to check the transaction details and then cancel, then you need to click on view button and in that also we have provision to cancel the leave.

If your transaction is approved by final approver and transaction status is Final Acceptance then on the cancellation request will trigger to the managers for the approval and then your transaction will flow as per the Approval Workflow set in the system.
This will depend on the Company policies; different companies have different approval workflow and different policies.
