Does ZingHR have ability to configure security settings (multi-level authentication)?

For Login, MFA configuration available on the front-end Customer Configuration screens post the OTP process for particular roles.

Does ZingHR have ability to restrict concurrent logins?

Yes, available as a product feature - however not available as a config feature on the front-end setup

for/by the customer. ZingHR will do it.

What Authentication is used in application?

For Authentication we use for the role management at application level and authentication In ZingHR Mobile, Quick Pin with login credentials is provided to validate and authenticate users. In ZingHR Web Portal, Multi-factor authentication with login credentials and Captcha with Optional IP Address restrictions (geo-tagging, geo-fencing) is available to validate authenticate users multi-factor authentication provides a constructive element of layered security by requiring users to prove their identities using two verification methods before they can be authenticated and accessing ZingHR Web Portal as well as Mobile Application through Google Play store and Apple Appstore.

What is the Authentication for database?

ZingHR SQL Database server is a shared instance where customer instance is hosted on a separate database on Azure Cloud Storage. The DB health is monitored using Dashboard and Disk Alerts are set to trigger if the set thresh hold is crossed. Database servers are shared, data is partitioned by SQL schema in the underlying database. Folders are provided to users and managed through barriers and privileges. Access to database is possible only via code in a secure manner with proper authentication. Database access is protected against query injections and suspicious activities. No separate services is allowed access within the application.
