Does ZingHR have ability of the system to support multiple administrators?

Yes, available as a product feature - however is available as a config feature on the front-end setup for/by the customer. Doable through the Roles and Definition Screens process.

Does ZingHR have ability to create/edit/assign/delete new permissions and roles depending on the authority?

Yes, available as a product feature - however is available as a config feature on the front-end setup for/by the customer. Doable through the Roles and Definition Screens process.

Does ZingHR have the Ability to display only permitted sections (pages, buttons, forms, etc.) based on user role

Yes, for screens which are driven by block design and no for screens that are single page multiple processes. Please check with the Implementation/Support team member if that screen has that feature that can be used by you (the customer).

Ability for a multi-role user to toggle between role types while remaining logged in and using same userid

ZingHR is now a GDPR Compliant platform. That means that anyone, including HR cannot back-enter the employee details/database without explicitly real time permission to use the data or do activities on that data for HR/Company purposes. The existing feature after GDPR process has been de-activated now. Only when HR takes explicitly 1 day or 1 hour permission through an online process, can he/she access and do these processes with the current HR/Admin User ID across multiple employee roles. This product feature is available for the customer to start using. Please contact your Customer Support Contact at ZingHR and get this done for your instance.
