[Note : This is for 4.1 client.]

Checked whether your excel/ template file is in ".xlsx" format..........?

If YES,

Just one change in the file name...........

SAVE AS your excel file/ template in".xls" (Microsoft Excel 97-2003 Worksheet (.xls)) format.

Upload the saved template into the system.
