FAQ - Data uploaded but not reflecting in the system?

Experience@zinghr:  Apart from the front end screens to capture the data, ZingHR lets you upload data into the system through template upload. Templates are nothing but excel sheets that gathers information in a certain format and transfers it into the system. Template uploads are generally used in case if multiple records to be uploaded in the system. There is a process in which a template passes through various checks, if the HR/Admin does not follow the process the data will not reflect in the system.

To ensure that the data is reflecting correctly in the system, request you to check if you have followed the below steps:

Please verify whether you have passed the template through the below given process through Data Upload/ Payroll Upload.

Step 1: Upload

Step2: Submit Upload

Step 3: Checker1 or Final Submit (As per access assigned)
