Experience @ Zing Hr - Users complains about non receipt of the emails on any / specific Application / Approval events like - Leave Transactions, Regularization's, Claim Transaction, Birthday alerts, Resignations etc.

Kindly check the following .

1.  E- mail ID - Check if your email ID is updated in Zing HR.

2.  Approver - Check if you are mapped as a approver for that employee.
