Earlier there are configuration flag which having Dependency on Back-end JIRA tickets

Below are those flags now available in front end and user can make changes as per client requirement :

All the configuration are available in System configuration

Go to Setup -->  E-Recruitment and on-Boarding --> System Configuration 

1. Scribble Signature and Video Acceptance option are linked either you can opt both or none at a same time

Tag to be used for Scribble signature 

For Offer Letter :-

«TableStart:Signature»«Image:OfferSignature»«TableEnd:Signature»

For Appointment Letter :-
«TableStart:Signature»«Image:AppointmentSignature»«TableEnd:Signature»

2 . If client don’t want to trigger Offer Letter or Appointment Letter mail to Signing Authority then they can opt for this option

3 . If offer Letter mail want to trigger to Salary Approval also then can opt for below option :

4. Appointment Letter to be Received on Official Email id :

If Official Email Id entered on Joining Confirmation mail while generating Employee code from Recruitment module then only mail will trigger to Official Id otherwise it will consider Candidate Personal ID only

5. To Receive SMS along with On-boarding app login details
