Recruitment Configuration Process

Workflow configuration setup window is as per below :

The below workflow will define which stages needs to be get enabled for E- Recruitment Process.




1. Tab : Planning and Budgeting


Planning and Budgeting is meant to budget positions and make sure to include organisation plans for expanding teams, along with planned departures.


 As per the attribute configured for the planning and budgeting the screen will auto populate selected combination of matrix based on attribute units.



 Select the combination of attribute unit and save the setup.
 




Based on above selected combination of attribute If you wish to set the approval process for defined budgetting then enter the number of approval levels which enables the config button to insert the approver code. (Refer below screenshot)

0 will represent the no approval process is set for defined budget.
 





2. Tab : Assigning Recruiter

This stage is used to assigning the number of recruiter to be in flow for processing the recruitment process with selective access.

Select the combination of attribute unit and save the setup.
 




Based on above selected combination of attribute we can define the recruiter's employee codes.

 



3. Tab : Screening

Screening is the process of finding resumes within the recruitment process. Recruiters, both third party and corporate, need to find qualified candidates for their open job orders, oftentimes with very unique or niche work experience

Select the combination of attribute unit and save the setup.
 




Based on above selected combination of attribute we can define the shortlister's employee codes.







4. Tab : Interviews

 
Select the combination of attribute unit and save the setup.





Based on above selected combination of attribute we can configure interview process. (like Interview mode, rounds, interview mode mapping as per rounds, interviewer...etc)

Click on Config.

 

 



Expand the sections and define respective details of interview process.




5. Tab : Assessment
 


Assessment is nothing but the stage where feedbacks are given based on defined skill set/questionnaire.

 
Select the combination of attribute unit and save the setup.




Based on above selected combination of attribute, we can configure assessment details based on rounds defined in interview master.
 

 


Define/ Create category.
 



Under defined list of category we define multiple assessment questionnaires





6. Tab : Checklist Master Template

Checklist master is created with respect to stages. Enter document name as document code. Also we can give the access rights like mandatoy, applicable, upload, viewable, background verification (BGV).

 


Above added master is now ready to map with checklist template which allow user to get/rectify selected list of checklist items based on requirement. Find below steps :
 


 



Click on Add Template

 





Enter template name and select the requested checklist items which needs to be mapped for respective template.
We can have multiple templates for stages.

 






7. Tab : Offer Checklist
 

Once the Checklist templates are defined we need to map anyone of them to respective stage. So that the selected list of checklist under respective template will get reflected on offer checklist stage.

First select the combination of attribute unit and save the setup.




Based on above selected combination of attribute, we need to configure the offer checklist.

Click on Config.




Assign requested Template.

 






8. Tab : Approval (Salary Fitment)
 

Once salary structure is defined then authorized signatory needs to approve the same. Approval workflow for same can be defined as per below

 
Select the combination of attribute unit and save the setup.



 



Based on above selected combination of attribute, we need to configure approval workflow for derived salary structure.

Enter number of level and Click on Config.



Assign Approver employee code

 






9. Tab : Offer Letter

Select the combination of attribute unit and save the setup.






Based on above selected combination of attribute, we need to configure offer letter file, Notice Period, Signing authority.

 





10. Tab : Appointment Checklist

Process is same as offer checklist.



11. Tab : Appointment Letter

Process is same as Offer Letter.
