How to see Employee Performance from Employee My Profile ?

Experience@Zinghr: The below steps elaborates the process to see employee's individual performance  in   Employee My profile

Step 1: Login into the portal and navigate to My Profile from the right-hand menu on the dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to e-PMS tab in My Profile screen. 

Step 3: Navigate to e-PMS tab >  Goals to see the goals set for the employee (The data over here is fetched from Performance Management System of the employee). Here you can see policy -wise Goals set for the employee.

Step 3: Navigate to e-PMS tab > Competencies to see the competencies set for the employee (The data over here is fetched from Performance Management System of the employee). Here you can see policy-wise Competencies set for the employee.

 Step 4: Navigate to e-PMS tab > Final Rating, where you can see the final rating of the employee rated on completion of their goals and  competencies
