Unable to apply the claim as getting an error : 'Daily eligibility limit exceeded'

Solution :

Checkpoint 1 : Check in Claim Rule Builder that eligibility is defined for claim sub type which falls under the Claim Type by following below steps :

Go to SetupCircle --> Travel & Expenses --> In Rule Tab, Select Respective Claim Type --> Check the eligibility accrual crediting frequency : Daily --> 
Go to Eligibility/Fuel Configuration Tab --> Expand Eligibility Configuration --> Select Claim Type --> Select Claim Sub Type --> Check the Attribute Setup

Step 1 :  Go to SetupCircle --> Travel & Expenses




Step 2 :  In Rule Tab, Select Respective Claim Type -->Check the eligibility accrual crediting frequency : Daily 




Step 3 :  Go to Eligibility/Fuel Configuration Tab --> Expand Eligibility Configuration



Step 4 : Select Claim Type --> Select Claim Sub Type -->  Check the Attribute Setup


Note :  Check the defined Attribute unit value with reference to your requested attribute unit. if same is not available then request you to add the same.


Step 5 : In Configuration Status, Edit --> Check the daily limit 
Note : Denotion Figure represents the daily limit.


Checkpoint 2 : If above defined eligibility limit (daily basis) is proper. then request you to draw the Claim Transaction Report to check the total of already applied claim amount for claim date. It should not exceed with reference to daily limit.
