Functionality of FAQs Section on Dashboard
Step 1:- Click on setup circle.
Step 2:- Click on Portal.
Step 3:- Click on setting tab of FAQ tab.
Step 4:- Add a category(if required) by entering the text in the respective field and tap on add button. Frequently Asked Question category is added by default.
Step 5:- Click on the category(if created)in which you require to add the FAQ. Enter the question and it’s respective answer in the field. After entering the question and answer click on Publish for All(visible to all employees) or Publish for Selective(visible to employees who falls under the selected attribute).
NOTE:- The question and answer must be in simple text. No special characters will be allowed in the system.
For Selective:- Click on settings button. A window will pop-up asking for the attributes. Select the attribute for which you want to publish and save. Then click on Publish for Selective tab and it will be published for the selected attribute.
Step 6:- A popup will appear stating that “FAQ has been Saved Successfully.”
Step 7:- In order to verify the addition of FAQ, simply drag down to the last FAQ and ensure that the last FAQ is one you have added recently or not. The same can be checked from the FAQ Tab which is visible on the Dashboard.
