FAQ – Optional Holiday Mapping
In the leave Management System you can allow your employees to take advantage of the optional holidays, where user will be able to apply the leave from the given list of holidays.
Let’s see how to configure the Optional Holidays for any leave.
Step 1: After login in to Zing HR account you need to go to setup circle and then click on Time & Attendance as shown in below figure.
Step2: After then you need to click on SETUP LEAVE POLICY tab and once you click on Setup Leave Policy tab you’ll able to see the leave groups and its leave types. And you have to enable the Is it an Optional Holiday? Rule and then you need to click on Set Holidays.
Step 3: Once you click on Set Holidays you will get the below screen and from that screen you need to add the Optional Holidays.
