In what situations does ZingHR create PUSH APIs and for what purpose?Similarly, when does ZingHR create PULL APIs and for what purpose?

(Customer) Push APIs are when a customer wants to push their data into the ZingHR platform, limited currently to specific attributes currently available in the product. Push APIs can be made available based on customer needs and generic needs across the common customer ecosystem. (Customer) Pull APIs are used when a customer wants to pull data from the ZingHR platform for use by their ERP systems. Currently Employee-Basic, Master, Leaves, Attendance & Exit Pull APIs are available. Pull APIs for other modules can be made available based on customer needs and generic needs across the common customer ecosystem.

If there are many more platforms like IIM Jobs/Third Party Job Boards that would like to be integrated with ZingHR recruitment/other platforms, will that be possible?

Yes, it is based on the need of the addressable customer marketplace for ZingHR to consider. Naukri & Linked In integration with ZingHR is currently in the product road map.

What is the ZingHR integration methodology with third party ERPs? Like Oracle, SF, Workday, Xero, etc. ?

ZingHR Push APIs will be created to push data from ZingHR processing platform. At the same ZingHR Pull APIs will also be used with certain ERPs where there is a requirement for ERPs to also pull data from the ZingHR platform. Currently we have both processes available through the API route for XERO globally. With SAP SF, we currently have used ZingHR Pull APIs to connect with the exposed SAP SF APIs to achieve the integration objective for the Recruitment module-based processes. With Oracle Peoplesoft Attendance process, ZingHR Push APIs have been created to push data to the Oracle ERP. It is therefore clear that, depending on the requirements of integrations, ZingHR product can devise appropriate handshaking processes - through the standard custom route .ZingHR plays the role of a last mile System Integration specialist to achieve customer integration objectives if covered in the commercial scope of work.

Does ZingHR has provision to integrate with 3rd party LMS tools?

Is ZingHR validating the Employee Aadhar data received to validate SPECIFIC demographic requirements of the customer on the ZingHR Platform?

ZingHR platform pulls the AADHAR data basis the eKYC process and stores ONLY demographic data WITHOUT validation processes since each customer will have different validation criteria unique to them.

Does ZingHR provide Integration with Google and Office 365 calendars?

Currently it is not a priority need identified in our product roadmap. Please send customer use cases requests to your ZingHR Customer Support Representative for the product teams to consider at a point in time soon in the roadmap.

Does ZingHR provides WhatsApp integrations for notifications, approvals, follow-ups etc. across all modules?

ZingHR Mobile App is a superlative app notification engine in addition to all the functionalities. Using the same eliminates the need for using any other mobile application for ZingHR processes.
