How to use Launch Process in PMS ?

1. Log in to your Zing HR account.

2. On the left top side click on the grid home page, then click on ‘PMS ‘ option as shown in below screenshots.

3. A new window will open. Then click on the ‘Admin Menu’ drop down and select ‘Process  Re-Initiation’ option as shown in below screenshots.

4.Go to Launch Process Tab.

Launch Process will allow user to set date range for Goal Setting / Evaluation . Once the date is set, the form will work as per the date range, if the date is not set for any particular process, the form will work without affecting Goal setting/ Goal approval/ Evaluation. If To Date is crossed and the user has not completed Goal setting /evaluation then the form will appear in disabled format on the PMS dashboard. For eg- If HR wants employee to complete their goal creation process before 15th Aug 2021 then she will set the date from today till 15th Aug 2021. From 16th Aug 2021, if there are any pending goal creations then they will appear in disabled format on the PMS dashboard and employees will not be able to take any action on it. Same goes for goal evaluation as well.

Earlier, a Jira ticket has to be raised to hide evaluation from the PMS dashboard. This will not be require from now on as HR can set the date from when the goal evaluation should begin . This feature has removed backend dependency to hide Goal evaluation /creation.

Please refer below screenshot for how the form will appear once the date is crossed and the form is disabled.

Note: System will consider same date range for Goal setting and Goal approval, please set date accordingly.
