Employee available in Manager’s grid but Manager is unable to take any action on attendance status.

Reason for this is as follows:

  • If Attendance status is not allowed to toggle from configuration.
  • If any Attendance status is restricted to the manager on specific level.


Need to refer below points for resolution.


User need to check the attendance status allowed from the OAS Configuration.

Click on OAS Setup icon -> Click no Attribute on which OAS is configured->Click on Configure Approver Level.
