INTERVIEW SETUP MANUAL-RECRUITMENT
How to configure Interview setup?
- Go to Setup Circle -> eRecruitment and Onboarding Tab
- Select Interview in master configuration
3.Select the Attributes on which you want to configure the interview workflow and click on Save. The selected attributes would be seen at the bottom of the screen
4.Click on the config button for the desired attribute to start with detailed configuration. A window with the below mentioned 5 steps would be displayed
Please note-
A . Follow the sequence of the 5 steps as displayed on the screen
B . Click Save only after finishing all the steps’ configurations
Step I Interview Round – Key in the interview round codes and descriptions
Step II Interview Mode - Key in the interview mode codes and descriptions
Step III Interview Mode Mapping -
A . Here Interview rounds would be mapped to modes of interviews
B . Check the interview modes againts the rounds as needed
Step IV Location – Key in the Locations for each interview rounds
A . Roundname – The rounds from the step 1 would be displayed in the drop down
B . Enter your desired Location, Area and Address
C . Click on the ‘+’ to key in other rounds’ information
Step V Interview /Panel Mapping - Map interviewers and assessors to the interview rounds
Step VI - CLICK SAVE.
