Unable to find an employee in E-Resign Override Screen  OR  None of the employees are visible in E-Resign Override Screen. OR Functionality of E-Resign Override Screen

Solution : 

To update the Date of Leaving or Relieving Date, we can opt the option of E-Resign Override.

Note : 
1. System will bydefault list the employees in E-Resign Override Screen having 60 days backdated Date of Leaving excluding current month., Unless and until modifications are made in E-ResignOverride LWD setup from backend activity.

2. Employees having status Existing, NewJoinee, FnF Initiated, FnF InProcess are only visible under E-ResignOverride Screen. (ESEP Transaction will be populated Based on setup of backdated Date of Leaving set in system)

Once the resignation application is approved by HR then employees status changes to FnF Initiated mode for checklist approval process.




If none of the employees are visible in E-ResignOverride Screen then request you to give the Role of EResignOverrideAccess by following below steps :

Step 1 : Go to SetupCircle --> Organisation --> Role Definition --> Assign Role : EResignOverrideAccess and select Screen : EResign Override --> Proceed


Go to SetupCircle --> Organisation






 Assign Role : EResignOverrideAccess and select Screen : EResign Override --> Proceed


Add the employee in E-resign override access role.

Step 2 : Go to SetupCircle --> EmployeeLifeCycle --> E-Seperation --> Common Master --> EditWorklow Configuration : Select All --> Save


Go to SetupCircle --> EmployeeLifeCycle


E-Seperation --> Common Master
