What methods are supported to access the ZingHR service?

ZingHR is available on all major desktop OS and browsers over SSL and on mobile applications for Android and IOS

Is data stored in a database, flat files, or both when it is stored in ZingHR?

Data is stored in a secured database, where only authorized users get restricted access on need to know basis

What databases and versions are supported by the solution?

ZingHR application currently uses the 2012 version of MsSQL database

How is client data segregated from other customers?

ZingHR provides dedicated as well as United Hosting environment, and allows customers to select on demand as per their business need. ZingHR in United Hosting network is multi-tenant in nature, but all tenants are logically segregated.

How is access to the database achieved from external applications?

No direct access from external applications to ZingHR database is available

How the client would ensure the data is erased at the end of the service?

ZingHR follows standard offboarding process, and provides backups to the client on request. Post the customer's confirmation on end of service, ZingHR permanently erases customer's data from the database. On request we can provide summary report of disposal.

Does developers gets direct access to production environment of ZingHR?

No, only authorized employees gets access to production on need to know basis with necessary approvals by management
