Functionality of Leave Encashment Days in FnF Process

1. Actual Encashment Days field will only represent the total count of number of days that an employee is                      eligibile for encashing the respective Leave Type.

2.  If Encashment Days field has kept open/editable then user/FnF processor can enter the days based on their                 requirement. System will allow to enter the days in Encashment Days field irrespective of total of days                         count in Actual Encashment Days field. So it could be more or less than the Actual Encashment Days.



3. If there is a standard provision that whichever actual leave encashment balance is there, it will be treated for             Encashment days then we can restrict the user or FnF Processor by freezing the Encashment Days field and auto        filling the Encashment Days.
