Newly added Attribute not visible in Planning and Budgeting Screen 

Process to be followed whenever user add Attribute / Coupling for Planning and Budgeting :

1.  Go to Setup --> e-Recruitment and On-boarding --> Planning and Budgeting --> Update Units

2. Go to Admin Login --> Recruitment Module --> Planning and Budgeting --> Unfreeze This Budget -->
     OK --> Freeze This Budget --> OK
