How to Add Contract Base Candidate / Employee

 

 

In Recruitment we have facility to add Contract Base candidate/ Employee based on their Contract START and END date.

Those fields also can used in Offer Letter and Appointment Letter Merging 

 

 

1.  While Creating Requisition select Employment type as : Contract 


Based on this selection only user will able to add Contract Based Candidate 
If Employment type is not selected then user is not allow to add Candidate as Contract base 




 

 

 

 

 

2. On Offer Letter stage Select Contract Date :-



 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Merging Fields to Be used in Letter Merging :

Note :  For Without Requisition flow you will get this Employment option for all type of Employees and it will be Recruiter decision to select Contract Date or not
