Experience@Zinghr: The below points elaborate the reasons why outdoor is approved, still showing absent/ red mark.

  • Cardcode Mapping
  • Outdoor timings
  • Shift Rules

1. Cardcode Mapping

Issue: Outdoor is approved , still showing absent.

Points to check: Check if cardcode mapping is done, If yes, the cardcode mapping should be done before the date of outdoor application because after the outdoor is approved the swipes are generated against the cardcode (Empidentification) mapped. If no, you need to re-apply (cancel and apply) the outdoor after cardcode mapping is done

Note: Cardcode mapping can be done by below mentioned steps:

1.Login to the portal

2.Navigate to Left Menu (9 dots) > Data Upload Engine > Download (Download the template named MultiAttendanceModeMapping )

3.Fill the template as per the format mentioned, mention the cardcode in Empidentification column the empcode in Empcode in empcode column  and Yes in Bio column and save

4. Again navigate to Data Upload Engine > Upload > Select the template filled by you and secondly select the Template Name > Click on Upload button (Excel Icon)

5. Submit the file through all levels (Submit Upload, Checker1, Checker2/Final Submit)

2.  Outdoor timings

Issue: Outdoor is approved , still showing absent.

Points to check : Check outdoor intime and outime swipes are according to shift timings and the rules set against the shift.

3. Shift Rules

Issue: Outdoor is approved , still showing absent.

Points to check:  Check whether the shift assigned against the date of outdoor application, is configured / shift  rules are set or not  (i.e Working hours, Shift Properties,Early Going, Late Coming )  if the rule are not set against the shift then there will be no attendance formation happening against the date of outdoor
