How to use Bulk Admin Data Process in PMS
1. Log in to your Zing HR account.
2. On the home screen left-hand top side click on select menu, then ‘PMS ‘ as shown below.
Hide Policy - Hide activity was done from backend hence to reduce backend dependency this feature has been introduced in front end . User can download template , add employees for whom they want to hide policy and then upload the template . System will allow to upload only valid employee code , if incorrect employee code has been entered system will throw error . Please refer below image
Click on PMS Menu --->PMS Dashboard ---->Process Re-initiation---->Bulk Admin Data Process
Unhide Policy - Unhide activity was done from backend hence to reduce backend dependency this feature has been introduced in front end . User can download template add employees for whom they want to unhide policy and then upload the template . System will allow to upload only valid employee code , if incorrect employee code has been entered system will throw error .
Note - System will allow to unhide form only if its hidden . Completed form cannot be unhidden . Also once the policy is hidden only goal setting can be unhidden ,user has to start from Goal Creation / Goal Setting .

Hide Evaluation -Hide evaluation activity was done from backend hence to reduce backend dependency this feature has been introduced in front end . User can download template add employees for whom they want to hide evaluation and then upload the template .You can also hide evaluation as per frequency cycle for eg if you want to hide only H1 cycle evaluation or only M1 evaluation .System will allow to upload only valid employee code , if incorrect employee code has been entered system will throw error . Reset Process - Reset process has been introduced in PMS which will help user to do reset for bulk employees .User can download template add employees for whom they want to reset and then upload the template . System will allow to upload only valid employee code , if incorrect employee code has been entered system will throw error .In this case , one step back process does not have to be followed . If user has done reset in goal setting stage then the form will be directly reset at Goal Creation Stage . Also if there is any error in uploaded template , an error file will be downloaded along with error message . Please refer below images .
Note - You can also do reset process for employees for whom the policy is completed at all levels .

Push Process - Push Process has been introduced in PMS which will help user to do push process for bulk employees . User can download template add employees for whom they want to push and then upload the template . System will allow to upload only valid employee code , if incorrect employee code has been entered system will throw error . Please refer below images .
Note - While doing push process at goal creation make sure goals are uploaded as system will not allow to push without goals .
