This document provides guidance on how to access and utilize the Payroll Month Closure Audit feature from the front end of the system.
How to Access the Payroll Month Closure Audit
Login to the System
- Login to ZingHR and open landing page
Select the Audit Trail Screen
- Find and click on the "Audit Trail" option from the 9 Dots main menu.
- Find and click on the "Audit Trail" option from the 9 Dots main menu.
Choose the Payroll Option
- In the Audit Trail screen, select the "Payroll" option from the list of available audit categories.
- In the Audit Trail screen, select the "Payroll" option from the list of available audit categories.
View Details
- On the right side of the screen, you will see details related to the payroll month closures. This includes:
- User: The individual who performed the closure.
- Timestamp: The date and time when the closure was executed.
- IP Address: The IP address from which the closure was initiated.
Click on More details to check details fully with IP details, location if captured
