If new Travel Request are not getting created things you need to check

The Checks that need to be done, If new Travel Request Creation is restricted,and alert is displayed

"If New Travel Request is allowed post all the previous travel and expenses are settled " :-


The checks are :

1. Go to Travel Request from Dashboard



2.  Expand the General Information Tab from the travel request page.




3.  Click on Previous Travel Request Details



4. You will get detailed view of Claims which are pending from n number of days, because of which it is restricting from creations of new Travel Request.

  • If Claim is pending for approval from Approver or Travel Desk then it restricts from new Travel Request Creation.
  • After all level approval and when Claim is in Sent for Payment Processing stage it will allow new Travel Request Creation.
